5.10-13.21 High Fidelity Wraparound

Description:

Train state-wide front-line workers in the implementation of High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW), a child and family team model, utilizing a wraparound approach to serving and supporting families with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral health challenges. Participants will learn about the principles and key elements of HFW and how to implement them in their day-to-day practice.
